Isaac jumps on board to Toss the Boss Mayor Anne Baker will be tossed out of an aeroplane with four Council volunteers to raise funds for local public hospitals. Mayor Baker said she was looking forward to facing the big drop with staff from a Mackay Skydive plane on Saturday August 13. “It’s for a fantastic cause with donations going to much need medical equipment for Isaac Public Hospitals through the Mackay Hospital Foundation.” “These funds will provide the extras that give patients the best health care possible and support our hospital staff.”
“I’m joined by brave staff members Chief Information Officer Robert Kane, Coordinator Construction Resources Ross Sorensen, Place Officer Candice Jenkins and Customer Service Officer Jenna Phillips.” “Every one of us at some stage of our lives will either be or have someone we love, cared for at a local public hospital. “Through Mackay Skydive’s Toss the Boss and the Mackay Hospital Foundation, you can donate towards medical equipment at your local hospital so better care is available to people who live, work and visit Isaac.”
