Nelito Systems Ltd. begun its "Quality" journey in Sept-2003 by achieving its first ISO certificate. Since then our Quality Team has constantly strived and implemented different quality standards & strengthen Quality Management System (QMS) in the company. We developed QMS based on standards ISO 9001:2000. Nelito has further refined QMS as per new versions of ISO 9001:2008, CMMI DEV version 1.2, 1.3. Nelito will continue to enhance QMS as per new version of ISO 9001:2015. The team has also developed Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) as per ISO 27001:2005 and has further enhanced as per new version ISO 27001:2013. The quality team has been constantly revising certifications through periodic external audits done thru quality institutions like TUV SUD. Nelito's Quality Team conducts periodic Internal Audits & Milestone audits to keep project teams focused on processes. We measure process performances through our standardised periodic metrics, dashboards, records, and documents. We conduct the Customer Satisfaction Survey'sat fixed periods to get first hand feedback from our customers for our products as well as services. This valuable inputs help us in enhancing our offerings and keep giving our customers "Affordable Excellence". PMO review are also conducted regularly with senior management to gauge the performance of projects and our teams to keep them on track. This helps Team Nelito to meet and exceed customer as well as partner requirements and powers us to deliver the solutions as required by the customers on time fulfilling our motto of providing customer delight and business growth.
