SLBC reporting solution by Nelito SLBC reports submission being quarterly, there is very little time between completing quarter-end-operations and submitting SLBC reports for Bank’s team. Though Data is received in Excel files, extracting data from master sheets is a manual activity and is a tedious process. 440 SLBC reports generation though routine, has a large manual intervention needed in terms of setting filters, copy & pasting the summarized data into reports leading to possible human errors. Other practical issues are:
Global Changes are not possible.
Manual handling of large data is always prone to errors.
Only summarized data is presently processed.

Our experience in Enterprise and Statutory reporting and understanding of Bank’s SLBC operations and challenges, we are pleased to propose FinCraft™ SLBC Reporting Framework based solution to Bank. Framework based solution comes with the following capabilities
Scalable, flexible and Open to cater to the current and future requirements of the Bank.
Above framework is available on both Microsoft and Oracle platforms. Solution proposed to bank is on Microsoft platform.
Nelito will use the framework to design, develop and implement 100 critical and complex SLBC reports for Bank. Nelito will interact with bank’s team and design Variables needed for SLBC reporting. For design of Variables and to support Ad-hoc reporting requirements, Bank’s Microsoft SSRS will be used. An on-site engineer with knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) will be deputed at the time of Go-live of the 100 reports to handhold Bank’s team and also train on ad-hoc report development and generation. Scope of Work Scope includes implementation of FinCraft™ SLBC Reporting Framework to generate State Level Bankers’ Committee (SLBC) reports for Bank. Following activities will be carried out as part of the project:

Conduct study on the source system Data Warehouse (DW) from which data will be extracted to generate SLBC reports.
Data elements, which are not available in the DW, will be uploaded through excel files or will be manually entered. Nelito will provide Data Entry Form for manual Data Entry.
Recommend required hardware/ system software / third party software.

Design, build and implement a Central Data Repository (CDR) comprising of FinCraft SLBC Data Model
Populating Data into the CDR through ETL - data extraction of SLBC specific fields from DW, logical modelling of data and loading data into CDR.
Implementing 100 critical SLBC Reports.
Provision for a maximum of 1000 variables through Microsoft SSRS.
User Acceptance Test
Training to end-users on SLBC report generation, usage of SSRS, new Variable creation.
Go-Live Support.
