REINFORCEMENTS An Isabella awning has heavy duty reinforcements on all pressure points - in some places these are even double. These considerably minimize the risk of wear from the poles and pegging points.

SERVICE Step by Step instructions and a frame drawing are always supplied with an Isabella awning. Isabella UK has it’s own service department offering expert advice on repairs and maintenance of Isabella products.

ZIPS An Isabella awning has substantial, long life zips. The zips are covered, which prevents rain from passing through the zip and into the awning, and at the same time protects the zip from the damaging rays of the sun.

DOUBLE FOLDED SEAM The roof of an Isabella awning is sewn with a double folded seam, made with our specialist sewing machines. This guarantees a straight, correct seam. A double folded seam produces a strong and secure roof.

FIXON™ II Screwless brackets are supplied as standard in all Isabella awnings and sun canopies. Allows optimum placing of rafter poles for better tensioning on all caravans. Designed for quick and easy positioning, with no permanent fixing to the caravan.

FIT Designed to reduce roof wrinkles and a better all round fit, "Unicut" characteristics include higher sides and front, with improved tension. Varying shapes of caravan mean that our awnings will not always have a symmetrical appearance, a detail outweighed by the superor fit.

MUDFLAP On almost all Isabella awnings the mudflap goes inside, to prevent draughts in the awning and enhance the performance of the pegging elastics. Triangular wing draught excluders are provided with flexible pegging and variable fit for different caravans.

VENTILATION To reduce the risk of condensation, Isabella awnings (size G13 upwards) have strategically placed ventilation panels. Helping you to achieve an ideal indoor climate, some models also have a mosquito net in the side panel(s), which can be open/closed as required.

STORM SASH This exclusive “Typhoon” storm sash is supplied as standard with the new Alpha and Forum models. The teak wood guy tensioner is used to adjust the sash, this stabilises the awning in windy weather and reduces wear on the canvas.

ROOF SPIKES The standard frames for Isabella have spikes on the top corners for perfect tensioning of the roof.

ISAFLEX™ Pegging elastics (IsaFlex) are supplied as standard with all Isabella awnings and sun canopies, these fit into the D-ring attachment. The elasticity and the strength is preserved by the "poly-weaving" , which protects the rubber from UV-rays.

IXL FIBREGLASS • Light-weight and corrosion resistant frame • All lightweight IXL frames for full awnings have Fibremax rafter poles with a mighty 30.5 mm diameter, and a wall thickness of 2 mm • These frames are suitable for both permanent and touring caravanning • Made with coatings of fibreglass placed crosswise and lengthwise in alternate layers

To ascertain the correct size, you need to know; caravan make, model, year, and "A" measurement as follows: Place the caravan on even ground. Measure from ground level at most forward point of channel to most rearward point of awning channel, and straight down to the ground. This procedure is easily undertaken with a piece of string (see diagram). For part awnings the "A" measurement is not relevant, the channel height and the distance between rafters are the decisive factors. To create your own porch size, measure the area of the caravan you wish to cover, allowing for door, locker and window positions, and convert a full awning with a foam pad, support pole and two double click profiles.

• PRODUCTS OF TOP QUALITY Isabella uses only the very best materials, supplied by Europe’s leading producers for the camping industry. The acryl material, both the heavy Isacryl and the lighter acryl, are dope-dyed (each thread is individually dyed providing optimum possible resistance to fading). Acryl is a "breathable" material, which minimizes the risk of condensation, and provides a comfortable living environment. The PVC/polyester material used for the lower panels and winter awnings, is lacquered on both sides. This makes cleaning and maintenance easier. The roof material used in the Isabella standard awnings is a heavy, coated polyester canvas. For most Isabella awnings the roof has a neutral pattern on the in-

side, this reduces visible discolouration, which can arise in time from dirt and contamination. All the materials used are impregnated to resist water, water-marks and mould. An Isabella awning has heavy duty reinforcements on all pressure points - in some places these are even double. These considerably minimize the risk of wear from the poles and pegging points. All these factors combine to create an awning designed with a long life expectancy, with the right care and maintenance, you can expect your Isabella awning to be of great pleasure to you for many years ahead.
