SOMETHING VIRTUAL Nowadays the childhood is something virtual, all the children are connected to the tablets, TV, computers and all the games that are played with a machine. They don´t know how great was playing with the mini kitchen, the dolls, playing outside in the park with the other guys‌ Children spend about four and half hours a day watching TV, about two and a half hours listening to music, hour and a half on the computer, about an hour and a quarter using video games and only 38 minutes reading. Children are also now multi-screening - using more than one device at the same time, for example, watching TV while surfing the internet on a tablet or mobile so some of the screen time will be concurrent. Like all things it also has its good side, TV or computer games can be entertaining and educational, and can open up new worlds for kids, giving them a chance to travel the globe, learn about different cultures, and gain exposure to ideas they may never encounter in their own community.
National news By Beki & Bea The restoration of a ninth century Spanish castle has been met with ridicule and outrage with locals in Cádiz labelling it a “disaster”. Castillo de Matrera in southern Spain, a listed site that attracts thousands of visitors annually, needed major restoration after part of the building collapsed following torrential rain. The resulting restoration of the treasured national monument, reportedly by a local building company, has angered Spanish historians. Heritage and conservation group Hispania Nostra described it as a “heritage massacres”. “The ‘consolidation and restoration’ - as the architects involved call it - is truly lamentable and has left locals and foreigners deeply shocked,” the group said. Comments aren’t really necessary when you’ve seen the photographs. Foreigners have written to us saying they can’t understand why these follies still go on. And that is indeed what they are.” One local added: “They’ve got builders in rather than restorers and, as we say round here, they’ve cocked it up.” It has also been mocked online, with one Twitter user referencing the infamous story of an elderly woman who destroyed a 19th-century fresco with a DIY restoration.

Women secretly film inside ISIS stronghold Two Syrian women took a hidden camera through the northern Syrian city of Raqqa to document their life under ISIS rule, knowing they faced execution should they be discovered, according to CNN Swedish affiliate Expression TV, which commissioned the video. Fully covered and wearing face veils, they shop, take a taxi and walk around neighborhoods, showing a deserted city with little traffic and some armed men walking about. "Everyone's left," they say, because airstrikes on Raqqa have intensified. "Foreign ISIS fighters have set up checkpoints, taken the ID cards of Syrians and use them to flee to Turkey," the women say. Five years after the start of the civil war in Syria, Raqqa -- the capital of ISIS' self-proclaimed caliphate -- has fundamentally changed. The war has claimed the lives of more than 250,000 people nationwide and displaced more than 10 million, according to the United Nations. ISIS captured Raqqa in 2013. The video was taken in late winter, according to Expression TV, and shows the rubble of what once was the Uwais al-Qarni shrine, important to both Sufis and Shia Muslims. Passing by the Armenian Catholic Church of the Martyrs, distinctive by its geometric facade, one of the women notes ISIS has turned it into the Islamic police headquarters.

If you don’t know anything ng about this event, you probably won’t like comics, anime or videogames. This growing industry is not so popular in our country as in other parts of the world but more and more people are charmed by the imagination of writers, videogame developers, youtubers youtub and the community itself. There were lots of different activities and contests in which you could participate. BRINGITON JOKES By Hugo & Juan For those who really had a bad day
7/3/2016 WEEKLY LOVE HOROSCOPE By Celia & Paula ARIES It's tempting to try to be someone you're not in order to get the guy or girl of your dreams, but being yourself really is more important than making a good first impression. Your humanitarian side is on display at the end of the week, and any activity you participate in that involves helping others could lead to romance. A solid friendship is a great way to begin a relationship. TAURUS It's hard to walk the emotional road you find yourself on at the beginning of the week, but you get by with a little help from your friends. You don't have to share intimate details in order for them to show their unconditional support. You like to plan your dates out to the very last second, but sometimes things just have to happen organically. Let your activities unfold naturally over the weekend. GEMINI You can try to act cool and casual around your secret crush, but it isn't going to work. You can usually keep your emotions secret, but it's extremely difficult to hide how you feel in the beginning of the week. Once you say something out loud there's no "erase" button. A tiny detail comes between you and a successful first date this weekend, but there's no way to cover all your bases. Hope for the best but prepare for the worst. CANCER The first part of the week is a good time to be romantically adventurous. Doing something for the first time can feel awkward and maybe even embarrassing, but once you get the hang of it you'll be just fine - maybe even great. Pay attention to the latest technological advances over the weekend because there could be something out there that can improve your love life. Optimism helps. LEO You might be too worried about your financial state to make a positive impression on someone in the first part of the week. Is how much money you make or what you do for a living really that important? Separate yourself from the people who want you for the wrong reasons. You might not understand why, but moderation really is the key to getting what you want over the weekend. Don't give in to every little temptation. VIRGO Are you having a hard time finding the motivation to move on after a recent rejection? Everyone gets shot down from time to time, so try not to feel like you're the only person this ever happens to. You'll know when the time is right to get back on the dating horse. Eating and love are related over the weekend. You might meet your next date at a restaurant, grocery store, or tasting event of some kind. Keep an open mind.
LIBRA You have a very full and busy life at the beginning of the week, but there's still that nagging feeling like something is missing. If you've been putting your love life on hold lately, this is the time to revisit it. Doing something to call attention to yourself could come off as desperate or be exactly what you need to jump-start romance. Keep it classy and hope for the best. SCORPIO Use your sex appeal to your advantage. Flirt. Wink. Play coy. You might have killer looks, but your brain is actually your best asset when it comes to keeping someone interested at the start of the week. Playing games won't get you what you want over the weekend, however. There is such a thing as pushing the envelope too far, so it's also important to know when to say when. SAGITTARIUS Poems and song lyrics hit home with you in the beginning of the week. If you need some help expressing yourself romantically, don't hesitate to get a bit of inspiration from outside sources. The little details are what set you apart from the rest of the dating pool at the end of the week, so don't be afraid to show your uniqueness. You need every advantage you can get in a competitive dating situation. CAPRICORN If you've been playing it safe when it comes to love, it's time to break out of your comfort zone. Putting yourself out there is never easy, but the beginning of the week is definitely a "no pain, no gain" type of situation. It might seem like you have bad romantic luck at the end of the week, but it's really only a matter of timing. Move at your natural pace rather than let anyone rush you. AQUARIUS A misunderstanding could be all that's standing between you and your secret crush. Think back to your recent interactions and see if you can figure out where things may have gotten off track. Your love life might not be exactly what you'd hoped or wished it would be, but there are examples of how much worse it could be all around you at the end of the week. Maybe luck is on your side after all. PISCES Do you ever wonder if the torrid love pictured on the cover of cheesy romantic novels actually exists? You get swept off your feet in the beginning of the week, but you're skeptical. Only time will reveal if you'll get the happy ending you've been waiting for. You have enough "me" time over the weekend - it's couples' time you're looking for! Plan activities that will let you meet a lot of potential mates this weekend.

CURIOUS PLACES IN ASTURIAS By Alba F. & Alba G. 1. PICU URRIELLU It is called Pico Urriellu, what is also known as Naranjo de Bulnes, and is part of the Central Massif of the Picos de Europa in Asturias. It is about 2,519 meters high, which relatively, is "not much." However from a distance or up close, it is impressive for its steep walls, some of them up to 550 meters of vertical freefall on its west face.
2. Cuevas del Agua This village is one of the curiosities of Spain, because to get to Cuevas del Agua, a cave crossed by a small stream beside the road along 300 meters must be traversed.
3. Os Teixois Asturias is the community (with Galicia) that has the largest number of abandoned villages. Mostly ancient mountain villages are left without inhabitants to be isolated while its inhabitants were migrating to larger and more accessible cities. A good example is Teixois Os, uninhabited and converted into an ethnographic village preserved for tourism. In it you can see ancient hydraulic devices in operation, testimony of the past and the Asturian rural environment.
4. Mirador de Fito In Asturias there are many viewpoints to appreciate the mountain scenery, places to see spectacular panoramic views. One of the most curious and recommended is the Mirador del Fito, a raised platform that allows the sensation of flying over the mountain landscape. And the view, of course not far behind allowing you to see the snow-covered profile of the Picos de Europa.
5. Santa Cueva de Covadonga Santa Cueva de Covadonga (Covadonga in Asturian) is neither more nor less, a natural cave shaped by a watercourse and waterfall is on Mount Auseva and has continued to attract the attention of travelers.
6. Lagos de Covadonga There are two small glacial lakes, Enol and Ercina, which is sometimes a third is added, the Bricial in season thaws. Los Lagos de Covadonga integrate a set in a mountain setting in the council of Cangas de Onis popularized as part of the cycling route Tour of Spain.
7. Cuevas del Mar If you still have doubts about all there is to see and do in Asturias, we close this first part with a beach guarded by huge caves that look stunning cliffs and headlands. It is called (indeed) beach Cuevas del Mar, one of the strangest beaches of Asturias.
