V-Match: video wall controller Create exclusive video wall designs and generate eyecatching video effects. Now supporting rotated displays. Amsterdam, ISE, stand #10I115, February 02, 2010 – Hetec Datensysteme GmbH launches the new version 2.0 of V-Match. As pure hardware this video wall controller is made for 24/7 use in professional video installations and live events. In addition to matrix video walls, V-Match allows the user to create exclusive and eyecatching video wall designs. Video walls can be shaped combining different types of displays such as projectors, monitors, LCD TVs, LED panels of any screen size and resolution. The new version 2.0 of V-Match features a new video processor supporting both landscape and portrait displays in a video wall. V-Match now offers greatest flexibility in shaping individual video wall designs. On this video wall, LIVE cameras and promotion videos can be displayed, switched, zoomed, and mixed in best digital quality up to 1920x1200@60, including HDTV. For eye-catching video effects on the video wall, VJs can generate and configure presets live during an event. The Time Line Editor is used for stand-alone video walls: Video management settings like mixing videos and zooming in into a video can be pre-configured, saved as various presets, and added to a time line. Once customized, the time line switches presets automatically. As pure hardware V-Match does not require additional software or any computer – just displays and video sources such as DVD players, media servers, and live cameras. V-Match features real time video and supports a great number of video modes. Input and output ports accept both analog and digital signals. Using V-Match, the installation and configuration of a video wall in an exclusive design is comfortable and quick making this hardware also suitable for events of short duration such as exhibitions and TV studios as well as rental business.

V-Match is a modular system that is easily extensible at any time. Hetec offers a wide range of configurations starting with two input signals and two displays. Configurations for any number of video sources and displays are available. Due to its modularity, V-Match can be precisely adapted to the size of the target installation.
