— Press Release — ISE 2010: VITEC Distribution to present innovative product portfolio Product show with high sales potential for specialized trade Mainz, December 16: - The VITEC Distribution GmbH, a leading European-wide distributor of audio and video conferencing equipment will exhibit an innovative product portfolio at the ISE (Integrated Systems Europe) 2010 trade fair taking place in Amsterdam from February 2 through 4, 2010. HD videoconferencing based on current HDX extensions of Polycom, new introductions of the media and room control specialist Creator, and voice alarm and evacuation products of the sela series from VITEC AUDIO will be in the center of the distributor’s fair exhibits (hall 1 / booth G 90).

Thus, the Mainz based distributor has tied an exhibition package for the specialized trade that the company complements with several partnership and support initiatives.

The videoconferencing presentation will focus on the Polycom HDX 4000 and 8006 systems. While the HDX 4000 supports desktop videoconferencing with an excellent performance and HD-quality audio and video, Polycom enhances its telepresence portfolio with the top HDX 8006 model providing full HD capability by supporting 1080p video. This provides for best quality of experience at any bandwidth. The HDX 8006 designed for large to middle-sized conference rooms supports 1080p resp. 720p with 60 frames per second.

Also the product line of media and room control vendor Creator faces current extensions that will be presented at the fair booth. These include two new controllers of the SPROCON9200 and SPRO-CON9100 series featuring for the first time a network interface for controlling components via network. A new color touch panel named CR-WiFi-G8 will as well

be exhibited that can be used via radio as well as via WLAN (WiFi).

A Focus on audio and evacuation technology New developments of the audio and evacuation technology specialist Vitec Audio, a subsidiary of the Mainz based distributor will round off the fair exhibition. Here, the S-EVAC14 electroacustic emergency warning system performing all necessary monitoring functions according to EN 60849 and to be used for different acoustic irradiation tasks in schools, department stores, hotels, plants etc. will be on display.

Additionally, resellers and all other booth visitors will encounter the MW-1 media cart newly developed by Vitec Audio presenting itself as a high-quality, fully functional, and flexible mobile solution for multimedia presentations. Moreover, Vitec Audio will display the newly developed and EN 54 certified 19 inch NStM 24-6 emergency power supply manager for 24V / 6A rates as well as new modules for the sela DACS voice alarm system.
