Shell scheme A includes the following per 9 m2: White system wall elements 100 x 250 cm in aluminum frame. Fascia board in aluminum frame 40 cm high. 1 fascia text, max 25 characters. 9 m2 escolita carpettiles (50 x 50 cm). 3 spotlights 120 W on 1 rail. One wall socket 100 W, including main connection and consumption. General cleaning of stand each morning, build up, dismantle and transport. Shellscheme B includes all of the above plus 4 chairs, 1 table and 1 pamphlet rack. For the digital signage module please note that there are seperate information and forms available. Required Deposit Payment for space: Exhibitors reserving exhibit space will have three scheduled payments; 20% deposit of the total cost of the first choice exhibit space is due on application; 50% payment is due on or before August 31st, 2009, 30% payment is due on or before November 1st, 2009. Applications received on or after August 31st, 2009, but before November 1st, 2009, must be accompanied by 70% of the total exhibit space cost, and applications received on or after December 1st, 2009, must be accompanied by 100% of the total exhibit space cost. Full details are contained in the Exhibition's Rules and Regulations that will be supplied with space confirmation and are incorporated by reference hereto. By signing below, the signatory certifies that he/she has the authority to sign the contract and bind the company listed to the space reservation obligation.
