These are limited in their availability and are offered on a “first come first served basis”. The opportunities available are as follows:-

Aisle Banners & Aisle Floor Stickers The Aisle Banners are three sided banners, 1m high x 3m wide, and will be suspended from the Hall ceiling. The Floor Stickers are diamond shaped, 1m x 1m in size. Both will be located at key strategic positions and offer a clear and very visual branding opportunity within the show floor. On each we will have ISE branding and display the Hall and Aisle number. • Aisle Banners: 3 sided coverage with your advert on the top two thirds (an area approx. 1m wide and 2m high) • Floor Stickers: coverage on the bottom triangular section (a half diamond area approx. 1.4m x 1m x 1m) Banners: €1,200 each or 5 for €5,500 Stickers: €595 each or 5 for €2,695

The ISE Visitor Brochure For ISE 2010 we will again be printing 25,000 copies of our newly designed, full colour, A4 Visitor Brochure. Expected to be 32 pages in size, this will be mailed in January to all our pre-registered attendees, and will also be available at the show itself. It will contain the Floor Plans, Conference Schedules, New Product Features and other useful show information. There are three different ways to have coverage in this publication:‘Logo Flag’ on the Floor Plan Map Highlighting Your Location Your logo located next to the main RAI floor plan and then a flagged logo from your stand in your specific Hall. €500 per logo entry New Product Feature Presented as a news item we will have six pages of New Product features with no more than five features per page. Each entry will incorporate one single image, a heading and up to 200 words of editorial. €795 - maximum of 2 per exhibitor, maximum of 28 only available Advertising Beyond our main sponsor there will be six pages of advertising available to our exhibitors:Inside Front Cover - €2,995 Inside Back Cover - €2,495 Opposite Editorial Section (4 available) - €2,295

Visitor Bags All attendees will receive a show bag, a show guide and other useful information. Within the bags we offer limited branding opportunities to include a flyer or a small branded item. A great way to reach all our attendees… Options as follows:Insertion of a Single Item A flyer, a pen, a badge or even a packet of mints, you can purchase the right to have your branded item placed into a minimum of 10,000 of our 25,000 Visitor Bags. €250 / 1,000 pieces – maximum of 5 in any bag Insertion of Branded Notepad Again, our minimum order will be for 10,000 bags, and only one note pad will be inserted into each bag. Please note you will need to meet the production costs of the notepads, and the size must be no greater than A5, with a maximum of 50 sheets. €300 / 1,000 notepads – maximum of 1 in any bag

Digital Signage Advertising on RAI Live! In the tenancy area covered by ISE the RAI has over 600 Digital Signage screens and many will be used for signposting and instruction. However over 250 will be used for our content, as well as exhibitor advertising. The screens are located at all key visual points on the show floor as well as catering areas, meeting rooms etc..., offering you maximum exposure. We have again priced the advertising on the Digital Signage System at a level attainable to all exhibitors and we are optimistic that uptake will be strong, therefore please ensure to book early as space is limited. Pricing is as follows:- 1 x 15 second slot shown every 30 minutes during the show €495 - this equates to about €0.043 per advert per screen - 2 x 15 second slots shown every 30 minutes during the show €895 - this equates to about €0.039 per advert per screen - 3 x 15 second slots shown every 30 minutes during the show €1,235 - this equates to about €0.036 per advert per screen - 4 x 15 second slots shown every 30 minutes during the show €1,895 - this equates to about €0.033 per advert per screen


Pop Up Signage At Key Locations 1m wide x 2m high stand alone pop up signs are available to purchase in key locations around the show’s generic areas. €500 each or 5 for €2,250

ISE Internet Cafes ISE 2009 saw the first year with us having two Internet Cafes, and they were certainly needed, in fact they were busy all day every day! For ISE 2010 we will again have two Internet Cafes for our attendees to use free of charge, one in Halls 1-5, and the other in the area of Halls 10, 11 and 12. Each Café sponsorship package include the following: • Your name on the Internet Café name boards in the specified area • A personalized HTML start-up page on all terminals in the specified area • A branded screensaver on all terminals in the specified area • 1 x 15 second advertisements, shown every 30 minutes, on the RAI Live! TV system • Your logo on the Floor Plans on the show floor identifying you as the Internet Café sponsor • Your logo on the Visitor Brochure floor plan identifying you as the Internet Café sponsor • Your logo on the Show Guide floor plan identifying you as the Internet Café sponsor €8,000 each or €12,500 for both sites

ISE Trolley Bags All members of the press and all attendees of the Digital Signage Conference (in excess of 250) will be supplied with a special ISE 2010 Trolley Bag, and up to date information on the show. This exclusive package includes the following:• Your logo on the front of the Press / Conference trolley bags • Single item of literature or merchandise in the Press Trolley bag • Your logo in the Show Guide identifying you as the sponsor of the Trolley Bags €12,000 As an alternative, or in addition, you could separately sponsor the Bag Tags attached to all bags:€1,500

ISE Press Lounge All journalists will have unlimited access to our exclusive press lounge where they will be supplied with a special ISE 2010 Press Trolley Bag, and up to date information on the show. This exclusive package includes the following:• A branded Sponsor Sign in the Press Lounge • 1 x 15 second advertisement, shown every 30 minutes, on the RAI Live! TV system • A single item of literature or merchandise in the Press Trolley bag • Your logo next to the Press Lounge on all the relevant Floor Plans around the show floor • Your logo in the Show Guide identifying you as the sponsor of the Press Lounge • A pre-show emailing to all pre-registered members of the Press €5,000

ISE Theatre Official Suppliers ISE offers selected manufacturers the opportunity to become an official show supplier for equipment appropriate to the concept of the event in the ISE Theatre on the show floor. An example of the options open for sponsorship are as follows: - Projectors - Screens - Audio / PA System - Seating - Interactive Voting - Intelligent Lecterns The package will identify you as the product supplier and give further generic sponsor association within the ISE Theatre and the show as follows:• Your name on all Theatre name boards • Your logo on the ISE Website home page showing you as a Theatre sponsor • 1 x 15 second advertisements, shown every 30 minutes, on the RAI Live! TV system • Your logo in the Show Guide identifying you as one of the sponsors of the ISE Theatre • There will be slides in between sessions that will identify you as a supplier and show sponsor €4,000 per sector


DOOH CONFERENCE – SPONSOR OPTIONS The first ISE Digital Out Of Home (DOOH) Conference was held in 2009 and was a tremendous success. Consequently we will run our second DOOH Conference at ISE 2010 and this will be held on Monday 1st and the morning of Tuesday 2nd February. We will again expect a highly targeted group of delegates from specific professions relevant to digital signage. These will include specifier's, large venue owners, facilities managers, advertising agencies etc…, all responsible for the specification and/or installation of Digital Signage. We have three different levels of sponsorship available and these are outlined below:-
