Required deposit Payment for space: Exhibitors reserving exhibit space will have three scheduled payments; 20% deposit of the total cost of the exhibit space is due on application; 50% payment is due on or before August 31st, 2011, 30% payment is due on or before November 1st, 2011. Applications received on or after August 31st, 2011, but before November 1st, 2011, must be accompanied by 70% of the total exhibit space cost, and applications received on or after December 1st, 2011, must be accompanied by 100% of the total exhibit space cost. Full details are contained in the Exhibition‘s Rules and Regulations that will be supplied with space confirmation and are incorporated by reference hereto.
