Medium duty pressed steel castors, with double ball race duly sealed. The double ball race is secured with thick threaded kingpin; bolted wheel axle.

Fitted with thread guards: metal or synthetic for protection against environmental factors such as dust etc. helping in smooth movement of castor.

Fittings: plate, solid plug (round or square) and threaded pin as per your requirement.

Finish: Zinc Plated, Powder Coated or Chrome Plated.

Bearing: Bushes or double ball bearing available on request.

Accessories: Total lock brake (rear or front) or directional lock brake available on request.

DXMB series With quality and innovation being our principles, with the aim to provide reliable movement in castors, we introduced DXMB series. These castors have earned the reputation of quality care from end-users.  Pressed steel castors, swivel fork with thrust & tapered roller bearing in the swivel head, dust proof. This helps the castors to bear impact loads.  Fitted with grease nipple helps lubrication resulting in smooth, reliable & noiseless movement.  Strong central kingpin is secured by bolting in the base plate.  Bolted wheel axle.  Fitted with thread guards: metal for protection against external environmental factors such as dust etc & also it helps in smooth movement of castor.  Fittings: plate, solid plug (round or square) & threaded pin as per your requirement.  Finish: Zinc plated/ powder coated.  Bearing: Double ball bearing in wheel is the standard feature which enhances the movement of the castor.  Accessories: Total lock brake or directional lock brake available on requests.  Special lubrication is suggested for unusual operating or environment conditions such as high temperature or sub-zero environment. · Also available in stainless steel 304 grade.

DXMBH series Life on the production floor is a challenge. The challenge of reducing maintenance and replacement cost encouraged us to develop and introduce DXMBH series castors. These castors are long lasting and maintenance free.

DXMBH series of castors are specially designed to carry heavy and impact loads. Technological innovation of this series is unmatched. The bearings used in fork and in axle reduce the inertia required and help the castor to roll smoothly and make them noise-free.       



 





Heavy duty rugged pressed steel castors – made from thick EDD sheets.

Swivel fork with thrust & tapered roller bearing in the swivel head, dust proof. This helps the castors to bear impact loads.

Center bolt is forged from EN8 steel, strongly welded & secured to absorb impact loads reducing wear & tear.

Fitted with grease nipple which helps in lubrication resulting in smooth, reliable & noiseless movement.

Central forged kingpin is secured by bolting in the base plate.

Bolted wheel axle.

TECHNICALLY SUPERIOR AND VALUE FOR MONEY Fitted with thread guards: metal for protection against external Axel Bolt environmental factors such as dust etc. It helps in smooth Clamp movement of castor.

Plate Fittings: plate, solid plug (round or square) & threaded pin as per your requirement.

Finish: Zinc Plated / Powder Coated.

Spring Taper Roller Two Ball Bearing: Double ball bearing in wheel is the standard feature which Nylon Wheel Bearing Bearings enhances the movement of the castor.

Accessories: Total lock brake or directional lock brake available on request.

Thrust Bearing Axel Nut PT Nut Special lubrication is suggested for unusual operating or environment conditions such as high or sub-zero temperatures.

SAC series HIGH IMPACT, NOISE-FREE & SHOCK RESISTANT SPRING LOADED CASTORS To overcome the problem of ever increasing noise level and the damage caused to normal castors due to impact load & speed in factories, we have developed & introduced spring loaded castors with no welding. 

   

  

Rugged pressed steel construction capable absorbing impact loads & shock loads caused due to the speed; no welding.

Designed with double ball race duly sealed and secured with thick threaded kingpin.

Bolted wheel axle.

Spring assembly ensures that the load is evenly distributed.

Optional: Fitted with thread guards – metal for protection against external environmental factors such as dust etc. which helps in smooth movement of castor.

Finish: Zinc Plated / Powder Coated.

Bearing: Double ball bearing available on request.

Accessories: Total lock brake available / directional brake available as per your requirement.

MSWHT series MSWHT series of castors have been designed to carry heavier load while keeping a low overall height.  Heavy duty rugged welded steel castors – made from thick EDD sheets.  Twin wheel assembly for even load distribution.  Swivel fork with thrust & tapered roller bearing in the swivel head, dust proof. This helps the castors to bear impact loads.  Bigger base plate capable to take heavier load and offer even distribution of load.  Forged center bolt, strongly welded & secured to absorb impact loads reducing wear & tear.  Fitted with grease nipple which helps in lubrication resulting in smooth, reliable & noiseless movement.  Bolted wheel axle.  Fitted with thread guards – metal for protection against external environmental factors such as dust etc. and also it helps in smooth movement of castor.  Fittings – plate, solid plug (round or square) & threaded pin as per your requirement.  Finish – Zinc plated/ powder coated.  Bearing –Double ball bearing in wheel is the standard feature which enhances the movement of the castor.  Accessories – wheel lock brake available on requests.

Type of brakes

Direction Lock Brake - DBK When this type of brake is applied, only the swivel movement of the castor locks to a rigid straight position to help aid in easy steering. This brake converts a swivel castor to a rigid (castor).

Total Top Lock Brake - FrBK When this style of brake is applied, it locks both the wheel and swivel movement of the caster simultaneously. This brake is very easy to apply & smooth in operation.

Cast Polyurethane Jainson Cast Polyurethane is the material of choice for applications requiring unique physical properties like resistance to abrasive wear & tear, excellent elongation, stability in water, chemical resistance & high tensile strength. Unlike injection moulded materials which are thermoplastic, Cast PU is thermoset, hence, it cannot be reused alongwith with virgin materials.

Jainson Cast PU is available in varied hardness range from 30 Shore “A” to 80 Shore “D” durometer. Cast PU components can be made as soft as gum rubber and as hard as a golf ball. We also bond urethanes to metal, with the help of metal preparation processes to assure a permanent urethane to metal bonding.

Jainson offers a wide selection of standard Cast Urethane shapes for the polyurethane users. These shapes include wheels from 50 mm to 500 mm diameter, sheets, bars , rods and tubes. These are an excellent choice for gasket die cutters, rubber & plastic fabricators, and other companies that need the physical properties of urethane in a convenient form. These standard shapes may be used as “cast”, or fabricated into a desired shape for prototype or low volume applications. With our automatic dispensing machine we are able to achieve quality and consistency in the products. It also enables us to produce Cast PU components that range in few grams to hundred of kilograms and in quantity from one to one lakh pieces.
