contract This contract is between Island Caterers Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and _______________________________ ___________________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the Client). It is hereby being agreed that the Company will provide the Client with Catering and Banqueting facilities on______________ ___________

___________at _______________________________________________with the event expected to commence at

approximately ________________. The following terms and conditions apply: 1. The Company will provide the Client with food and beverage as specified in the Company’s Wedding Menu Packs and quote, which could be revised from time to time. Wedding menus are based on a minimum of 250 guests. Other terms and conditions may apply if the number of guests is less. 2. Overtime charges will commence after 5 hours of service from when the Company serves the first welcome drink. All staff charges will end from the moment the bride and groom leave the wedding venue, unless it is agreed that the catering service should continue after. 3. All prices in the wedding package are inclusive of VAT. 4. All prices include VAT but do not include any other taxes which are not in force as at the date of signing of this contract. Such eventual future consumer taxes and changes in the current VAT percentage of 18% shall be a charge to the client. 5. The Menu selection should be finalised one month prior to the event, or at time of booking if that is less than one month prior to the event. 6. Final guest count. Bride and Groom agree to confirm the final number of invitees to the caterer 7 working days prior to the wedding date. A maximum of 5% reduction in numbers is allowed up to 72 hours before. No more changes are permitted after this date. All billing will be issued as per this final number. 7. Guests attending wedding reception. Client will be charged for the guaranteed number of guests served as agreed and signed for in the addendum. In case the number of guests is more than the final count given, the Company has the right to charge the Client accordingly. In addition the Company will not be held responsible if this increase of guest count results into lack of service or food provided. The Company reserves the right to charge the client accordingly for any damages incurred. 8. Food and beverage preparation as well as invoicing will be based on the final guaranteed number of guests. 9. When functions are being held at an outdoor venue, the client has to inform the Company at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event in case of change of venue due to unfavorable weather conditions. Such change in venue should be given by the Client to the Company in writing within the stipulated time frame in this clause. If a venue is changed within less than 24 hours before the start of the event, then the Company has the right to charge an overriding fee of 5% of the contracted invoice amount. 10. The Client shall be responsible for any damage caused to the venue where the function is being held, whether by him/herself and or by his/her guests. Any such breakages sustained by the Company or any of its partners will be invoiced accordingly to the Client. 11. Whether entertainment and music is supplied by the Company or by the Client using third party services, local laws pertaining to the control of noise and public disturbances must be followed at all times. In the case of clients supplying their own entertainment involving electrical equipment of any sort, it is the client’s responsibility to obtain the correct documentation proving the health and safety and suitability of bringing such equipment into the premises in accordance with the current health and safety regulations. Any entertainment taking place within the Hotel venues operated by the Company must cease before 11pm. After this hour the level of music needs to be lowered to a level which is only heard in the venue itself without causing any inconvenience to hotel guests. The hotel management reserve the right to halt the entertainment at any time if it is causing a disturbance to guests. 12. Under no circumstance can any form of pyrotechnics be used within the premises. 13. Any disputes by the client, if any, on the function being covered by this contract, has to be done in writing within 14 days of the date of the function. Any disputes brought up after this time period will not be considered and the company will not be held legally or financially responsible for any such disputes. 14. Due to food safety regulations and strict guidelines for food storage it is not recommended that any leftover food be taken out from the premises for consumption at a later time. Any client requesting to do so will have to assume responsibility for the quality of food once removed from the premises and will be asked to sign a disclaimer clause. 15. The company is not responsible for any beverages, flowers or other decorations left behind after the event.

PAYMENT TERMS The Payment terms agreed to are as follows a. A deposit of â‚Ź900.00 shall be paid on confirmation of the order this being the __________________________________________ ____________________of the year_______________. b. A 75% deposit will be paid 21 days prior to the wedding this being the _____________________________________ The amount is based on the final menu and the agreed number of guests at that date. c. In the event of cancellation of the event or dramatic reduction in numbers, the caterer retains the right to retain the full deposit paid. d. Payment of invoices issued by the Company to the Client regarding the actual value of the order plus any additional charges shall be effected by the Client to the Company within 30 days from date of invoice. Interest at the rate of 8%, or any higher rate of interest allowed by Law from time to time, shall become due by the Client to the Company on any balance which remains unpaid after the lapse of 30 days from the date of invoice.

CANCELLATIONS After an order has been placed by the Client and accepted by the Company, no cancellations may be made by the Client except by written agreement between the Company and the Client. The written agreement needs to be entered into and signed by all parties to this agreement. The Cancellation of an event by the Client for whatever reason, will entail the forfeiture in favour of the Company of all deposits paid by the Client as liquidated damages and any such deposits cannot be exchanged for other services provided for by the Company or by any other company within Island Hotels Group Holdings plc.
