TERMS & CONDITIONS PAYMENTS A 25% deposit of the event will be required on confirmation. The final number of guests attending the event needs to be provided at least 24 hours beforehand; and charged according to the final number provided by client. In the event that no final number is provided, the hotel reserves the right to charge the original number proposed at quotation stage. A confirmation of an event must be advised in writing by the event organiser. A tentative booking not confirmed will be released after 7 days if no deposit is received. Should the revised number of guest attending vary substantially, the hotel reserves the right to re-allocate the event to a venue of an appropriate size. Remaining full payment to be settled on the day of event or as agreed.
