WEDDING CEREMONIES

Catering for both intimate and larger dos, our ceremony venues welcome weddings for up to 200 guests. The resort is an approved location to cater for civil ceremonies and this gives you flexibility of choosing the venue which best suits you. Capturing the elegance of the resort, The Lobby Terrace, Roof Garden and Essence Terrace present breath-taking views over Golden Bay. Say ‘I Do’ at the sophisticated Beach Terrace as the Mediterranean sea shimmers in the warm sunshine.

The exquisite Essence, the resort’s gourmet dining venue, is sophisticatedly classic and the perfect backdrop for a welcome signature cocktail and wedding reception. Or gather at the Beach Terrace, ideal for an intimate wedding dinner, providing the perfect setting to watch the sun sink behind the horizon. For your invited guests, the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Golden Sands offers 329 spacious serene rooms and zenith suites, all with balconies boasting sea or country views. A 20% discount is applicable on any accommodation rate booked directly through the hotel, based on a minimum of 2 nights stay. This offer is only applicable with a minimum of 10 rooms booked.



DAY-OF COORDINATOR Day-of Coordinator is a wedding planner service offered to couples who would like to take care of all their pre-wedding preparations and all they need is help on the day of their wedding. Our roles and services include: Contracting vendors the couple have chosen to hire, and make sure they have the correct information and all is confirmed. Prepare a time plan incorporating the photographer’s timeline, DJ or band’s timeline and the bride and groom’s timeline for the duration of the wedding. Supervise venue and vendor set-up on the wedding day. Be the liaison between the bride and groom and all the vendors to enable the couple to fully relax and enjoy their special day together. Inform the couple, DJ or band, photographer and wedding guests in advance of each event such as grand entrance, first dance and cutting of the cake. Ensure guests are ushered smoothly to the reception venue once ceremony is over, and that the wedding party is at the appropriate place for photos to begin. Ensure everything runs smoothly for the duration of the wedding. Liaise with the vendor for any collection of items or equipment after the wedding reception. €250.00 for a 6 hour duration. Additional hours on request at €15.00 per hour.

TERMS & CONDITIONS Provisional bookings can be held for up to 14 days after which time it is at the hotel’s discretion to release the booking if confirmation on the date is not received. The hotel requires a deposit equivalent to the venue charge upon confirmation of the booking to secure the reservation. A further 75% of the estimated charge of the event has to be submitted by 21 days prior to the event’s commencement. The remaining balance of the estimated charges and any extra charges that occur over the course of the event are to be settled by the client on departure by means of cash or credit card payment only. The final number of guests attending is to be given in writing by not later than 7 days before the event. A maximum of 5% reduction in numbers is allowed up to 72 hours before event. No more changes are permitted after this date. All billing will be issued according to the final number of guests as agreed by the client. In the case that the number of guests is more than the final count given, the company has the right to charge the client accordingly. In the event of cancellation of the event, the company reserves the right to retain the full deposit paid. Overtime charges will commence after 6 hours of service from when the first welcome drink is served. The first hour is charged at €200.00, whilst following hours at €150.00 per hour.


TERMS & CONDITIONS Menus must be selected 8 weeks prior to the event and certain items may be subject to seasonal variation dependant on their availability. All food and beverage consumed on the premises must be purchased from the hotel with the exception of alcohol if a corkage fee has been agreed. No wines, spirits, food or beverage may be brought into the hotel for consumption on the hotel’s premises unless the prior consent of the hotel has been made, for which a charge may be applicable. Entertainment and loud music taking place on our terraces and private beach must cease by 23.00hrs. This can be moved inside and carried on till the early hours. The hotel management reserves the right to halt the entertainment at any time if it is causing a disturbance to guests. Please note that the hotel is not exclusive for your wedding day as we can cater for more than one wedding per day. The client shall be responsible for any damage caused to the wedding venue affected by him/her and/ or his/her guests. Any such breakages will be invoiced accordingly to the client. All prices indicated in this brochure are in Euro and are inclusive of VAT and may be subject to an increase should there be any Government imposed charges.
