With life taking more of an upswing with the start of the school term, college, uni, or back to work from a summer break. Here are a few ‘wrap’ suggestions to make - pack and take! You can use any of your favourite mix of ingredients, be creative, just ‘glue’ them together with plain yogurt,or mayo, or sweet chilli sauce, or tomato sauce etc. Enjoy!

Hawaiian BBQ chicken wraps. makes 4 Avocado Egg Salad 2 cooked chicken breasts - sliced wraps - makes 4 half a cup BBQ sauce. 1 x avocado - mashed half a cup cottage cheese or shredded 4/5 hard boiled eggs mozzarella cheese (finely chopped) 2/3rds cup canned pineapple - drained & diced quarter onion finely diced 1 small onion grated or finely chopped 3/4 spoons natural yogurt or mayonnaise 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely 1 gem lettuce or similar - chopped chopped - optional 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander - optional 4 wraps - some seasoning 4 wraps In a large bowl combine all the ingredients In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce into the sliced (not wraps!) - divide mix into 4 and chicken to coat (divide into 4 portions) spread over each wrap - roll quite tightly - cut in half on the diagonal.On each wrap layer the BBQ chicken mix, cheese, diced pineapple, diced onion, lettuce and coriander if using. Fish Finger wrap. makes 2 6 fish fingers 2 spoons mayo 2 spoons tomato ketchup quarter cucumber - thinly sliced lettuce leaves - finely cut 2 wraps Cook/grill the fish fingers Spread half the mayo, half the lettuce and cucumber on each wrap - add three fish fingers per wrap - drizzle over tomato ketchup , roll, cut and eat or for a more spicy taste - omit mayo - add sweet chilli sauce. 3

TOP TIP Household white vinegar can be sprayed carefully onto those hardto-kill weeds - see them disappear in a couple of days.

TOP TIP When your scissor blades get Chicken, Bacon, Apple & Cheddar wrap sticky or grimy - makes 2 - wipe the blades with a cloth 1/2 an apple - thinly sliced dipped in white 3 oz. grated cheese vinegar and dry with a rag. 1 chicken breast - cooked and sliced 2 slices of bacon - fried or grilled On each wrap sprinkle half the cheese down the centre, half the sliced chicken, half the thinly sliced apple and add a bacon rasher to each. Fold sides to centre on each wrap. Slightly different to other wraps you then fry or grill (lightly brush a little oil on) and cook each side for 2 minutes. Bon appetit
