Roll With Me is a boba tea and egg roll neighborhood restaurant that specializes in serving these two popular Asian dishes with a twist of the delights of Philly. We offer a variety of boba tea flavors, made with tea, milk, and chewy tapioca pearls, as well as a selection of egg rolls, which are crispy fried pastries filled with savory ingredients including, shrimp, meat and an amazing blend of traditional Asian seasonings and vegetables. We are a casual eatery with a welcoming atmosphere, for customers seeking delicious and affordable food and drinks. Welcome!

What to wear Foot Wear

T-shirts and jeans are pretty common @ RWM. Make sure your shirt is free of any religious or political or insulting statements, free from holes and tears, drapes properly to cover all undergarments and midriffs. Your t-shirt should be of one or more colors of the company logo.

Closed toe shoes with a rubber sole are required to be worn inside the cafe and anytime you are representing the brand.

Hair and Head Gear is easy on the eye The Uniform

Representing a brand is a standard established by the company. While our hairstyles often reflect our individuality, it's important to prioritize the brand above all. Incorporating a touch of your personal flair is acceptable, as long as it remains within reasonable limits and withing the FDA food safety code.

Team members and management are expected to wear a minimum of one branded item. If a branded item isn't available in your size, please opt for something similar to the brand and inform your manager.

Promptness and punctuality are essential for maintaining a productive and efficient workplace. All employees are expected to arrive at work on time, as scheduled, and to adhere to designated break and lunch times. Chronic tardiness or absenteeism will not be tolerated.
