New to Florida and Isleworth just over seven years ago now, I continue to be grateful for the exchanges and feedback from scores of members that have welcomed me, informed me, and guided many of our new ideas and aspirations for the Club. The Club should be an extension of your homes, a place where you all feel comfortable and secure, and a place where we can all share special times with family, friends and neighbors. To achieve this, all components of the Club must be continuously monitored and improved. The team remain focused on this goal moving into 2023. We had some really great events in December, with the team bringing in snow and snow slides for our annual ‘Snow much fun’ Christmas party and the Gingerbread house competition is always such a fun and popular evening. The clubhouse décor saw many positive comments from Members and both the all family and adult only New Year’s Eve parties were well supported and a fun end to a great year at Isleworth. A few exciting Diary Dates to look forward to include:

• 8th annual Fenders & Food Truck – Sunday January 8th • Superbowl 51 – Sunday Feb 12th , Family Party watch.

• Dock & Dine Party – Friday ????? March. Celebrate Bay Hill week with our Seafood specials, boat transport and pool party dancing to ‘??????????.

We have had a few queries with regards to the parking lot trees and we are always keen to avoid removal of any such mature trees. However, unlike live oaks, these Laurel oaks have a shorter life span, are softer and more susceptible to rotting and wind damage and were originally planted in a membrane. We have had some cars damaged in recent months despite ongoing arborist maintenance care. The new trees are all now installed and ongoing landscaping will be added to ensure all areas have that special ‘Isleworth feel’.

Isleworth is a special club because of our members, and in the current difficult local labor market, we very much appreciate your amazing support and respect of this team. On their behalf, I also wanted to thank you for your very kind donations to ‘a record’ Employee Holiday Fund. Your generosity was a great recognition of the commitment to Isleworth from this current team and wanted you to know that it was greatly appreciated by every employee.

We all look forward to an exciting and fun 2023 at Isleworth.
