NEWSLETTER OCTOBER - DECEMBER 2022
HOME SERVICES As our summer months come to a close, mother nature has provided ample rainfall during the months of August and September. As a result, weed pressure with both St. Augustine and Zoysia turf types have been a challenge to control this time of year. As we transition into fall and early winter, our weather pattern will change, allowing us to get more effective weed control within our lawns. All ornamental plants continue to grow vigorously and will slow as the days get shorter and morning temperatures drop, allowing for our maintenance teams to get caught up from summer’s growth. Looking forward into our fall and early winter season, its time to start thinking about the holidays. With the temperatures lowering it’s the best time of year in Central Florida. This time of year we focus on mulch application to all ornamental beds and the installation of fall / holiday color schemes within the landscapes. If you have not done so already, please contact the office directly to schedule both your mulch and flower installations as this is done on a first come first serve basis as we move closer to the holiday season.
