Develop an annual evaluation procedure and subsequent needs assessment for Local Committees. Assist the VPE and Treasurer to raise funds for IFMSA-IRAQ. Responsible for the evaluation and support of members Responsible for the scoring system and the scores of the members I tried my best to change the negative things to positive things, also tried to build new generation of IFMSAians who could take our responsibilities after years. I'm very proud to work with active, creative and workaholic LC presidents, vice presidents, local officers and members. I'm very proud of what we did this term and what we achieved despite all struggles we faced. Becoming in position like VPI means that you have many works and you should continue even if you faced problems. This term I'm very proud about what I achieved and I think this term was the 1st step in building new generation. Always remember that IFMSA isn't an organization, it's a lifestyle.
