A Word from Audrey Vandenbroeck

A Word from Audrey Vandenbroeck, Issuu Director of Customer Success

Do you remember the first story your parent told you as a child? Maybe they read you a bedtime story or told you about a story about their day. When I reflect on the numerous stories I’ve been told or have told in my life, they all resonate with me because there’s an emotional connection to every single one of them. If anything, it’s the utmost important way to convey thoughts, words and even actions into something memorable. It’s something that everyone experiences in their lives starting at a young age. Storytelling to me starts as an emotional experience as learned at a very young age.

Creators can find success with the Issuu Story Cloud to help narrate their personal, brand, or company story. We understand that there are other forms of storytelling platforms to help convey what you want

to say. We have listened to the numerous desirable outcomes to achieve storytelling in long and short form content. I am part of a Customer Success team whose primary responsibility at Issuu is to help our customers succeed. We take the time to understand your needs and together we will come up with a solution that works for you with the products and services we have to offer.

Individuals, brands, companies big and small continue to tell stories that shape our vision of the world today. Each story they tell influences the way we think and act. Just like how the stories our parents told us shaped our vision of our world at the time. That’s why storytelling brings so much impact. Beyond just our emotions, our stories have the power to shift cultural influence. So what’s your story?
