E-Days

The Ursuline Academy E-Day program will be used on days when the campus is closed due to inclement weather or for other reasons deemed suitable by the administration. An E-Day will count as a full school day. An E-Day alert will be communicated using multiple communication platforms to remind students that they should be working from home on these days. Below you will find our expectations for E-Days: • Ursuline faculty members will post initial communication on Teams by 8:40 or as early as circumstances allow. Students should check Teams multiple times to ensure they receive all assignments. • Ursuline faculty members will answer questions regarding assignments on Teams, by e-mail, etc., during the day. • Students should upload completed assignments to their teachers by the date, time, and platform designated by each teacher. Teacher instructions should be checked for specific instructions and deadlines. • All assignments that receive a grade will be entered into My Backpack. • In the event that Ursuline’s campus is closed for an extended period of time, the school will transition to distance learning and the Dean of Academics will communicate appropriate expectations and protocols
