Water and Electricity Charges

Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and added an electric charge, allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out. Your rates include a daily allowance of 45Kw for electricity. Should you exceed your free allowance, a charge of 8 (eight) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out and is common practice in Thailand. The electricity in Thailand is 220 volts, 50 cycles/sec.

At Aqua Luna we absorb the water rates. However, we ask our guest to conserve and bemindful of the environment.

Owners' Tip

When you're comfortably settled, ask for personal driver to take you to Central Festival where you can purchase additional groceries, general provisions and SIM cards. The biggest mall on the island and right in the middle of downtown Samui, Chaweng, it has modern restaurants, pharmacies and a speciality grocery store, TOPS.

The villa does not have a land line phone, it is the guests’ responsibility to make arrangements for emergency calls and communications. We will not accept any responsibility for renters unable to contact 191 services or 077-421 444 ambulance emergency number in the event of an emergency if no phone is provided.
