It seems like almost every 100 years, our planet goes into a reset mode and tries to fix itself. The plague of 1720, the cholera outbreak of 1820, the Spanish flu of 1920 and now the Coronavirus of 2020. As of writing this blog, the worldwide death toll has crossed 330 thousand. The world will never be the same after this pandemic is over. An entire generation will grow up and tell stories about the year 2020 and how they spent months in lockdown. Where people had to maintain social distancing and were required to wear masks to protect themselves. I believe that the world will go through considerable change. A change in how people think, how we perceive our surroundings will occur. Let’s discuss in detail how COVID-19 will affect the world and how it’ll change it.
Changes that COVID-19 will bring A change in how we work What is a typical job? What do you think a job entails? For decades a job has meant working from 9 to 5 in your office and relaxing on the weekends. You wake up you go to work, you do your work and get paid for it. That’s how it’s been. But after COVID-19 hit, the first thing to go was typical jobs, countries were put under lockdown, and I’m writing this blog while in lockdown myself. As you can imagine, it’s hard to go to work when the world’s going through hell. And lockdown meant all the typical jobs and work were out of the question.
