Staying Home: Here’s The Good, The Bad & The Boring Things
Before we begin just listen, Stay Home Stay Safe. Why? Because staying home can save your life in this situation we are facing all over the world. Now here’s the situation, COVID-19 is forcing us all to stay inside, we are advised to stay indoors and avoid going outside unless absolutely necessary. And I get it; it’s for our own safety; there’s still no cure for COVID-19, so the best thing we can do is to avoid catching the disease entirely. But staying inside is not as fun as you’d think. For example, when I first heard that I’d have to stay home due to this new Coronavirus, I was worried. Then I thought to myself, wow I get a free vacation; finally, I can wake up late without worrying. I don’t have to go to work, and I can watch Netflix all day. After a few days, though, I started to realise that staying inside is not the vacation that I had hoped it’d be. Here are my thoughts on staying home, The Good The Bad & The Boring, I’ve been watching too much Netflix. Let’s start.
The Good Things It’s almost like a vacation. Do I have to point it out? I mean come on, have you ever been given such an opportunity before? This is the first time in my life that I’ve been told to stay inside and do nothing. My mom would be so mad, growing up she’s been telling me to go out and do something, but here we are, forced to stay inside and do nothing.
