Dear Parents, What a busy month May has been. We started off the month with an excursion to the local market to buy some fruit using our Vietnamese language. The following day we prepared a fruit salad by peeling, chopping and mixing the fruit. Then we invited Pre-K/K1 to share our fruit salad. Our next event was the May Maths Morning where grade 2 performed mathematical jokes at the assembly and in class we demonstrated our chance, problem solving and addition skills through a game of Yahtzee. But wait, there’s more. We have interviewed the ISV kitchen chef and Mr Mark (our operations manager) to find out how the kitchen operates and who makes up the menu. Finally we surveyed the students about their lunch to see if there could be some improvements. Wow, can you believe we have packed that all into a month!
