THE EQUILIBRIUM PROGRAMME Equilibrium is an original, modern approach to health and wellbeing. THE ALKALISING DIET PROGRAMME As well as aiding weight loss, this nutritional programme reduces acidity levels in the tissues. It is based on the Mediterranean diet, with foods which reduce acidity levels and have anti-inflammatory effects, protecting the body from oxidation and free radicals. Guests drink personalised, progressive quantities of alkalinised water. The programme also features lymph-draining and detox treatments such as colon hydrotherapy.
