Mature thermal mud is an excellent heat transmitter and contains precious concentrated thermal trace elements that have analgesic, relaxing and detoxing effects. The thermal mud consists of a mix of natural clays and spring water, left to naturally mature for at least 6 months. Before being used it is heated to 47° C and then taken directly to the cabins for the treatments. Thermal mud is a powerful anti-inflammatory that relaxes muscles and oxygenates tissue.
