Italian Products can deliver to one or more of your locations. Orders must be submitted prior to August 14th. Due to our advance planning of overseas production we cannot accept orders after this date. Wholesale orders PAID IN FULL by this date will receive a 5% discount on the holiday products ordered. Augusta Panettone Augusta Panettoni was founded in 1945 in Milan by a master pastry chef using the traditional “Panettone Milano” recipe. Today, as then, the master bakers at Augusta maintain the secret recipe of their special leavening agent, which is mixed only with European butter, vibrant candied fruits, the best quality raisins and other ingredients – all of which define this delicious classic panettone. The dough is left to rise naturally and is then baked slowly and carefully. Next, it cools upside down for a full 12 hours, giving the cake it’s unique fluffiness and delicious flavor! Olmais Organic Unfiltered Olive Oil & Vino Verde Vinegar The exclusive terroir with hills and valleys of Vila Flor, a village of kings and farmers established in 1286 and one of the oldest olive oil producing regions of Portugal was the perfect place where centennial trees of the Cobrançosa, Verdeal and Madural varieties, unique to the region, were met by their younger siblings planted some 30 years ago. All this is now put together every year by an early harvest and the result is Olmais Organic Olive Oil - a complex all at once fruity, green and herbaceous aroma with a lingering spiciness and a balanced bitterness. Fate itself willed Olmais Vinegar into existence as this vinegar was almost turned into to wine. Made from the must of organic selected white grapes of the Loureiro variety from vineyards in the Vino Verde region of Portugal. Olmais Vinegar is aged for two years in oak barrels balancing the natural high acidity of the local grapes. With a beautiful yellow-orange color reflections of old white wine. Nose evoking quince paste, orange liqueur and cider. The palate, rather sweet, confines the aromas of the nose with a slight sweetness that attenuates and coats the vinegary flavor.

Porttable designer Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Duoro Region The Douro region is internationally known for their beautiful land-river sights, for its’ Port and table wines. Recently, though olive oil is becoming more popular and many Douro winemakers have started to produce their own olive oil using olive groves that surround their vineyards. Porttable is working its’ olive oils in a different way. Although the company is a wine producer originally, much of land was turned into olive groves already over 60 years ago.
The company cultivates four varieties of olive groves, all of them from the Douro region. One of these varieties, Negrihna de Freixo, is highly suitable for table olives usage, while the other three varieties, Cobrancosa, Madural & Verdeal, are more suitable for the production of special and fine olive oils. Different blends are used to make a range of olive oils that goes from the sweetest but still fresh extra virgin olive oil on our Original version, where Madural has its’ prominence, to the bitter, fresh and spicy extra virgin olive oil on the Premium version, where Cobrancosa dominates the blend in more than 50%. In the in-between these two types of olive oils we have a third one made with 100% Organic production. In order to preserve this sort of olive oil as something with no human interference, this type is milled by itself with whatever nature offered from the organic groves. The oil varies from season to season but is always a honest and wonderfully fresh oil!

Rizzoli Emanuelli has an ancestor, Tosi & Rizzoli: the latter opens in 1871 in Piedmont, in a city that at the time is Italian leader in the processing of fish preserves. Turin is located on the ancient Salt Road that connects it with the Port of Genoa, where the oily fish packed in wooden barrels arrives from, and where Luigi and Emilio Zefirino Rizzoli meet Romeo Tosi. But it is in the heart of the Emilia region that the tomato processing industry is making great strides and bringing with it a functional railway system and fast communication routes: seeing the potential of the area, Tosi & Rizzoli moves to Parma in 1892.Rizzoli makes great stride during the years and become one of the most important companies in the sector with their anchovies in spicy sauce as the flagship product. Its recipe is not written down, but passed down orally to the family’s first born. He or she are the only ones to know the ingredients, amounts and cooking times of the sauce that, once prepared, is aged for six months in numbered wooden barrels that previously contained Marsala wine. Today, with awards for innovation and packaging as well as for the impeccably prepared products where the fish is still cleaned by hand as is the testing for when the anchovies have matured and are ready for packing. It is this attention to detail as well as history that keeps Rizzoli in the position of the best canned fish producer in Italy since generations
