In the heart of the city of Verona lies the imposing roman amphitheatre, which was probably built in the first century. In ist class it is the third biggest amphitheathre of the world. Once there were thrilling shows of gladiators and wild animals, but what can you see today?

Today some of the most impressive events of the world take place in the Arena. Not everyone knows of the Operas but, once someone has seen an opera in the Arena, it is impossible to forget. The largest stage, used for a performance, the ca. 100 singers making up the choir, the movement, the blue sky, the stones carved thousands of years ago‌ Everything combines to make your unique evening perfect!
Programme 1st day Arrival in the 4* Hotel in the Verona area, room assignment,

day After breakfast, departure to Verona
2 hours city guide and free time In the early afternoon, departure to the Verona hinterland and visit to a wine cellar with wine tasting and a small snack. Return to the hotel to prepare for the Opera in the Arena Trip to Verona and at the end of the show, return to the Hotel.
3rd day After Breakfast, departure with bus and tour leader to the
Garda lake. First stop in Garda, where you can stroll along the longest lake promenade. On to the oil museum of Cisano di Bardolino for a a visit and an olive oil tasting. Afterwards we arrive on the wonderful peninsula of Sirmione where there is time to shop and, why not, to swim? In the late afternoon, return to the Hotel. Dinner and overnight.
4th day After breakfast, departure

The hotel A very beautiful and modern 4* hotel, just 5km from the centre of Verona. All 97 cosy rooms are equipped with flat screen TV, cable- and satellite-TV, radio, direct telephone, safe, minibar, hair dryer. The hotel offers an american bar, two lifts, TV-room and private parking. The restaurant offers local and international dishes. Especially cared for is the buffet breakfast, which consists of coffee, many kinds of tea, milk, fruit juices, water, yoghurt, brioches, housemade cakes, biscuits, toast, butter, marmelade, dark bread, honey, bacon, scambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, wasa, pema, ham, cheese, fresh and preserved fruits. The hotel is at circa 10 walking minutes from the centre of Vigasio, a small city in the hinterland of Verona, surrounded by green fields.
