Established in 1974, we pioneered the concept of luxury travel in the UK, and were also one of the first tour operators to charter Concorde! (Hence the office name!) At ITC we have invested a significant amount of our budget on privilege trips, flying members of our team (and not just those in sales!) to exotic locations around the World. Our primary goal is to gain first hand experience of our hotels. We believe this first hand knowledge is critical to delivering exceptional service for our clients. A fun loving culture... We receive invitations to attend lots of great industry events; those based on learning about hotels and destinations we feature, as well as social events organised by our very own Social Committee! Each year we can usually be found loitering along the race track at Chester Racecourse, whilst our South African Director whips us up a Braii! Last year, ITC Managers even set challenges with our own version of the Olympic Games and kept the company in tune by getting everyone to take a singing lesson from the conductor of the Hallé Youth Orchestra. Your wellbeing... Making sure every member of the team is physically and emotionally happy is important to ITC. We run regular campaigns such as ‘Energising You’ which teaches you about healthy lifestyle habits that will help make everyday life that little bit better. Helping everyone toreach their peak in physical health has also found a Director running Yoga classes in the Café Bar and Zumba Classes taking place on the roof terrace - this is certainly one company that takes your health and happiness seriously!
