In 2020, she launched her own Instagram page, aptly named @Vailankanni_cake_bakes seeking the blessings of Mother Mary to embark on her culinary journey officially. Steffnie's dedication and talent quickly garnered attention, and she started receiving orders for custom-made cakes, becoming an instant hit among her local community.
