BASIL INFUSED MANGO MARGARITA
Ingredients:
Mango Juice – 120 ml
Lime Juice – 5 ml
Sugar Syru – 5 ml
Fresh Basil Leaves – 7 nos
S rite – 0 ml
Method:
Put the ingredients in a blender along ith ice and blend for 5- 0 seconds
Pour in a glass rimmed ith fresh mango ul and sugar
To u ith S rite
To be served on the rocks.

Fruit Salad Made With Mesclun Mango, Avacado & Citrus Fruit
Mesclun, Mango, Avocado Citrus Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
Mango – 1 no
Avocado Pul – 20 gm
Coconut Milk - 20 ml
Lemon Juice – 10 ml
Pinea le - 20gm
Ki i (diced) - 1/2 no
Plum (sliced) - 1/2 no
Orange (segments) – 1 no
Pomegranate Pearls – 2 ts
Mix Lettuce – 0 gm
Salt To Taste
Method
Make a smooth dressing ith half a mango, coconut milk, avocado, lemon juice and salt
Add all the remaining ingredients in a salad bo l
Add dressing as er reference., mix gently and serve cold.
