Asier Solutions Is the brainchild of Ms. Sunaya Shirodkar, the founder of Asier. She has done her master's in Electronics and Instrumentation from Goa College of Engineering.

She holds over 7 years of experience as a professor in an engineering college in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication. Through her career as a professor, she has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of technical education.

Ms. Shirodkar has been recognised for her contributions to the field of education and innovation. She was selected as the Regional Mentor of Change by NITI Aayog, the policy think-tank of the Government of India. She has also been named the Mentor of the Month twice by AIM NITI Aayog, a program aimed at promoting innovation and entrepreneurship among school and college students.

Ms Shirodkar strongly believes in the concept of "learning by doing" and emphasises the importance of hands-on experience in the learning process. Her vision for Asier Solutions is to provide children and students with a fun and engaging way to learn important technical skills.

Sunaya's curiosity and passion for making technical concepts more accessible drove her to start Asier Solutions. She recognised the importance of having strong fundamentals and simplifying complex concepts to help children and students explore new subjects and technologies with confidence.

The name of Sunaya's company, Asier, holds a special meaning. The word 'Asier' means 'the beginning' in Spanish. Sunaya chose this name as a symbol of the beginning of her journey as an entrepreneur and the beginning of the learning journeys of students who use Asier's educational kits and programs. By providing a strong foundation in technical skills and promoting hands-on learning, Asier Solutions serves as a starting point for students to explore new subjects and technologies.

This was primarily because the concept of the products she was offering was very new and unfamiliar to a majority of people in Goa.
