Corporate Services Prepare for TU Designation Day
Professional Management and Support Services (PMSS) staff across the three institutes continue to integrate services such as administration, finance, information technology and estates. Their combined expertise, willingness to change and embrace new challenges is a testament to the level of professionalism within the CUA.
Nine PMSS subgroups have been established to support the transition. These subgroups comprise of members from across the CUA and have developed a shared understanding of the practices and structures in place and how these will be integrated to support the new TU. The breadth and value of the PMSS functions and services provided are a vital component to the success of our TU.
