CLIENT PROFILE Warren’s Family recently acquired a lot and are considering to build a brand new home. They are in need to layout the space accordingly based on their needs; - Open concept layout. - Enough kitchen and butcher room if possible. - Must have a study room so Mr. Warren can work from home. - Provide as many windows as possible to bring natural light into the space. - Owners bathroom must have a walk in shower and a standing tub. - Two additional rooms for their 14 year old daughter and their 10 year old son.
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT “MODERN ABSTRACT” For this specific project I decided to keep furniture in the light scheme in order to take advantage of the natural coming through the windows. I incorporated some color with accessories and wall art to break the monochromatic scheme on the furniture and finishes. In addition to that, I was able to incorporate the required office, butcher room, and all my clients necessities within their space.
