Being a Building Engineer makes me have technical knowledges about construction, structures, materials, facilities and new execution techniques; as a result of it, I'm capable to choose the best solution for each project.

Due to my experience in Copenhagen, where I learned the skills of Architectural Technology and Construction Management, I have developed the most conceptual and design aspect. Learning innovative construction techniques and modeling information with BIM technologies, managing the projects by shortening times, lowering costs and always with a sustainable character.

Excellent construction projects are result of the perfect combination of knowledge and technologies, the lack of one of them causes the lack of success of Project.

I was born on 18 of March of 1992 and since I was a child I tried to build constructions with any kind of material I found.

In 2010 I began to study Building Engineering in Polytechnic University of Madrid. I acquired thousands of knowledge, about the principal structural materials (concrete, steel, wood, bricks) and construction materials, how to measure it, how to work with them (details, construction), construction management, maintenance. Combined teamwork and CAD modelling skills by conceptualising and designing buildings representations, structure and facilities for a university project. I did my internship in a Installation company visiting the construction site during six month, it´s provides me most of the knowledge that I have today, and it also complete me as a Construction Architect.

In 2014 I moved to Copenhague to study Architectural Technology and Constraction Management in Københavans Erhvervsakadem. Once finished the spanish degree I wanted to learn a different way of construction. That´s what I found in Denmark, I learned how to modelling information working with a virtual model based on the BIM technology synchronizing all architectural agents throughout the lifecycle of the building to prevent future mistakes on site and saving time and money. Besides, I learnt how to work and manage prefabricated elements always taking in consideration the sustainable aspect.

The combination of both backgrounds makes me a comple proffesional is what makes me a professional for the architecture and construction fields acquired a perfect balance between knowledge and technologies.

PROJECT INFORMATION It is a gymnasium building which is placed in Sonderjyllands, Denmark. The project includes renovation and construction of a building extension that has 1000 m² plus the 7460 m² of the existing buildings. The most impressive aspect is the sustainable factor of the green roof making the project more eco-friendly.

PROJECT INFORMATION It is a residential house which is placed in Mirrambneena, Australia. This project is a sustainable design of a two-storey house and basement, using ecological materials such as wood for their structure and using a recycling system of rainwater. Building orientation is the most efficient in terms of thermal energy as a result of solar analysis.

INTERNSHIP – FACILITIES TECHNICIAN PROJECT INFORMATION The projects is a local reform to convert it into a restaurant of a pizzAs chain. I toke measures on-site and do basic plant and section planes in AutoCad. I have supervised the work of placing of machinery together with the facilities engineer at the correct place designed.

INTERNSHIP INFORMATION Internship of 6 month of duration in the company ¨PLAMEYA S.L. Installations¨ as a Facilities Technician working together with the Installations Engineer designing distribution plans of differents facilities with AUTOCAD programmes and developing the sizing for the conductions with CYPE programme.

Gathered data and analysed database on Excel for the cost analys. Visiting the construction site managing the execution of the ventilation facilities.

PROJECT INFORMATION This project was a new construction of a restaurant. I was commissioned to the company Plameya all point of ventilation systems, air conditioning and fire protection. With its subsequent budget per amount of material helping by the Presto program to calculate the exact price of each unit of work.
