Why vinyl rolls?
We’ve been making vinyl rolls since 1997 and know a thing or two about floors that are comfortable, quiet and easy. When you choose our cushion vinyl floor you can be sure of a floor that’s easy to fit, comfortable and easy to look after. With all styles ready in two, three and four-metre widths you can choose the size that’s right for your room, keeping waste and seams to an absolute minimum. Thanks to carefully chosen specifications, great durability and easy maintenance across the board, our floors are an affordable family-friendly choice. Whether taking up the challenge of a bathroom, bedroom, family-space or kitchen, our use of the highest quality materials means that your room benefits from a floor that’s been made to last. Super floors are the cream of the crop, offering extremely durable designer floors that feel right at home in the most challenging (and chic) environments. Their premium quality also makes them ideally suited for light commercial applications.
Smart floors make an informed choice. Combining into one budget-friendly flooring solution, they have style and efficiency to spare, making them the ideal long-term or temporary companion for practical people who want to keep their decor looking fresh.
With our Semi-Contract floors, you can bring the confidence of a floor made for business. Our Semi-Contract floors feature an impressively tough wear layer that’s capable of dealing with the high levels of footfall encountered in these areas.
Textile floors use a simple-to-fit textile backing that makes our floors even easier. Not only does the backing let our Textile floors be laid without glue over large areas, it also combats bumps and lumps in the floor beneath.

Because we design and produce our floors in-house, there is a big involvement in ensuring your cushion vinyl floor is made with care and attention. When you know just what it takes to create a new floor, from the research for a new design to testing and production, you’ll be amazed to learn that every year our design & production experts are responsible for around 25-30 new designs. That keeps us ahead of the latest home interior trends. So whether you’re hunting for cool concrete or a worn wood, there’s a vinyl roll floor ready and waiting. It all starts with an authentic material, such as a piece of reclaimed timber, ceramic tile or stone slab; or with a rising trend spotted at an international design fair. From these originals our designers analyse every last detail, recreating imperfections to bring true-to-life designs that can be perfectly translated in comfortable cushion vinyl flooring for your home. Working in parallel, our engineers work intensively to refine function, developing innovations that improve every aspect of the floor. At every layer they are looking for marginal improvements. From easy-to-clean matt finishes for a more authentic look, through to backings that can absorb more noise or boost impact recovery, we believe taking care of the details will always make a better floor. With more than 400 designs across our collections, spanning everything from timeless woods and classic ceramics to modernist terrazzo, there’s care and attention evident in every vinyl roll floor.

Our state-of-the-art facility in Avelgem (Belgium), using on-site renewable energy, ensures every floor is made in an extremely efficient process from start to finish. Installation & maintenance instructions If your room is more than 16m2 (some Leoline floors can accommodate a larger area loose laid – please see technical specifications), or comes under intensive use, it is recommended that you glue your floor to the subfloor. In this instance, for full compatibility, we recommend the use of Xtrafloor adhesives. Your Leoline retailer will be able to recommend the correct Xtrafloor adhesive. 1.
Fold back half of the sheet to reveal the correctly prepared subfloor ready for the application of adhesive. Spread the recommended amount of adhesive consistently over the subfloor, using a notched trowel. After applying the adhesive wait in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended open time before returning the floor into place.
2. Install the sheet avoiding bubbles, compressions and tensions, removing any bubbles by rubbing from inside to outside. Carry this step out using a weighted roller before the adhesive has fully dried. 3. Repeat steps 1 to 2 with the second half of the sheet. 4. Check all edges using the weighted roller to remove any excess air bubbles 5. You should leave your floor for 24-hours before walking on it as normal, the movement of heavy furniture should be avoided for a 72-hour period so that the adhesive can stabilise. Prevent contact with water for the same 72-hours, after which the adhesive will be sufficiently resistant to water and bonding strength will not be affected.
Cleaning & maintenance Although Leoline is easy to look after, it makes sense to make sure you care for it in the right way so that it can continue to give you years of style and comfort. The frequency of maintenance will depend on how busy your home is, the room where Leoline is installed and on the outside conditions. For example, a hallway in winter will require more regular maintenance than a bathroom or bedroom in the summer. Fortunately, most Leoline floors are equipped with Superguard®, a specially developed, permanent coating that makes it easier to remove stains and marks with normal household cleaning methods. There’s no need to reapply Superguard®, it’s a permanent part of Leoline that will last your floor’s lifetime. Ensuring your Leoline floor is kept free from dirt and soil and that spills are immediately wiped away is all that’s required to keep your Leoline floor looking good.

Prevention is better than cure There are ways of protecting your Leoline floor from possible damage caused by dirt or heavy objects. At all external entrances you should use a suitable entrance mat that is regularly cleaned to remove dirt. Avoid rubber and latex-backed mats as these will permanently discolour Leoline. The feet of furniture should be fitted with good quality felt pads and castor cups should be used under all castors. Felt pads will help to prevent scratches while castor cups will prevent pressure spots and prevent scratches or marks from rubber wheels. Avoid the use of rubber furniture feet as these will discolour your Leoline floor.
