THIS NEW PROGRAM OF THE MINISTRY OF TOURISM, "BARRIOS MÁGICOS DE MÉXICO," IS FOCUSED ON DESTINATIONS FULL OF CHARM, TRADITION, AND MYSTICISM IN CAPITAL CITIES OR THE COUNTRY'S INTERIOR.

Mexico City has a wide variety of neighborhoods that represent various elements that make them unique and unrepeatable: history, culture, gastronomy, architecture, products, and services, as well as the coexistence of the local population with visitors. It is a place where you can discover a city's 'spirit' and essence". These have become the preferences of both domestic and foreign tourists eager for new experiences.

"Los Barrios Mágicos," in partnership with "Los Pueblos Mágicos," will promote, strengthen and motivate to make the road trip, especially towards open spaces, in more intimate contact with nature and the host communities, through new trends of post-pandemic tourism." These neighborhoods represent the city; they have infrastructure and connectivity.

The Magical Neighborhoods of Mexico must meet specific characteristics for their appointment, but they will also be creditors of benefits such as facade painting, promotional actions, and training courses offered by the Tourism Secretary. As part of the promotional actions of this program, the Magical Neighborhoods of Mexico will have a presence on the digital platform Pueblos Mágicos of Unknown Mexico.

In addition will be promoted with strategies such as the Tianguis de Pueblos Mágicos, the Tianguis Internacional de Pueblos Mágicos, and the Tianguis Turístico de México for the first time in Mexico City, from March 26 to 29, 2023, and which it will break all the records of its 46 previous editions.

For the first time, Mexico City will host the 2023 Tianguis Turístico.

It is the most relevant event in the Tourism sector in Mexico and a business forum based on pre-established appointments between Buyers and Exhibitors. This highly professional event in which Mexico promotes its great variety of tourist products is projected again as a tourist destination of excellence at a national and international level. Its official dates are (Sunday to Wednesday) March 26 to 29, 2023.

At the national level, the capital's leadership in tourism is evident due to its status as the country's capital, which is reflected, among other things, in the development of its infrastructure, connectivity, human resources, and services. It is essential to point out that it has all the necessary business infrastructure for Meeting Tourism, having more than five centers to carry out Congresses and conventions, Fairs, and international venues.

On this occasion, the venue will be the CitiBanamex Center, with more than 60,000 square meters, where independent hotels and hotel chains, airlines, tourism representations of the 32 states of the Mexican Republic, and fairgrounds will meet, among others.

More than 15,000 attendees are estimated, but the exciting thing about the case is that it will exceed the 75 nations that will be present historically. As a result, transactions for the following seasons will consolidate, and more than 80,000 business appointments."
