Fairmont La Paz Puerta Cortés Resort and Residences

The Fairmont Hotels & Resorts will arrive in La Paz in mid-2023, where it will open a hotel that will have 155 rooms and 24 suites, equipped with private pools, 4 restaurants, and bars, it will also have 3 outdoor pools, all in the Puerta de Cortés complex. In addition, there will be a Wellness Village, which includes a luxurious spa and fitness center. For groups and conventions, the property will have 13,000 square feet of event space, and children and teenagers will be able to enjoy access to various clubs, where they will be able to enjoy a variety of activities.

St. Regis Los Cabos

St. Regis will set to make its debut in December 2023 on 2,000 acres with 120 rooms and 74 residences, located within the development where Pueblo Bonito and Quivira are located and will feature condos and villas with ocean views, an extensive beach, hiking trails, spa, and much more.

Autentico Vertical Los Cabos

Autentico Vertical Hotel is expected between September and October 2023 which will have 60 rooms.

Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos

Four Seasons is set to open in the Los Cabos area with an extension of 50 acres and will have approximately 142 rooms, 5 restaurants, dining areas around the pool, food truck, and golf course.

Park Hyatt Los Cabos

Park Hyatt will finally open in 2023, located in the Cabo Del Sol area on 26 acres, with 162 rooms and 28 residences.

Soho & Vidanta East Cape

Soho & Vidanta, East Cape, will finally open its doors on a 3,000-acre beachfront property on Zacatitos Beach will be a luxurious property with multiple pools, a spa, elegant room designs, and a boutique. It will have 5 restaurants and bars, guests will have access to the Vidanta Golf Retreat and various activities such as dance and yoga classes.
