Empress CAD Preparation

Etch the restoration with IPS Ceramic Etching Gel (5% hydroflouric acid) for 60 seconds before permanent insertion.

Hydrofluoric acid etch Do not sand blast Empress CAD. Sand blasting will weaken ceramic restorations.

Tip: Apply silane and allow to air dry.

Silanate the etched restoration with Monobond-S for 60 seconds.

Tip: Empress CAD must be adhesively bonded

Apply Multilink Automix directly into the silanated restoration. A/B Primer is applied to the tooth preparation.
