AGC

®

30 years The modern electroforming system

The first AGC ® (Auro Galva Crown) gold additive procedure was carried out more than 30 years ago in the dental field. Since then, electroformed restorations have clinically proven themselves thousands of times. First came the framework material for single tooth restorations, and then the spectrum continually expanded.

Today, AGC is the leading electroforming system for removable prosthetic restorations, where a perfect fit is essential.

Electroforming Conductive silver lacquer with a colour indicator The AGC conductive silver lacquer Switch helps you to make efficient use of your working time. The conductive silver lacquer can be used on all conventional die materials. Once hardened, the colour indicator changes colour to show the ideal time for further processing. This increases the working safety. The short drying times and easy removal after electroforming also helps to increase efficiency in the laboratory.

AGC Conductive Silver Lacquer Switch:   The advantages at a glance • Change in colour when hardened for safe work procedures • Quick drying saves time • For use on all conventional die materials – for greater flexibility

Gold bath with integrated brightening additive The ready-to-use AGC Micro Vision gold electrolyte with integrated brightening additive allows precise, shiny gold frameworks to be produced. The high level of usable gold makes the gold bath economical to use. The AGC Micro Vision gold electrolyte is cyanide-free and allows easy handling and easy disposal. Practical detail:  With the AGC Gold Recycling Kit it is possible to precipitate the residual gold overnight.

AGC Micro Vision gold electrolyte:   The advantages at a glance • Easy to use, cyanide-free gold bath solution • High level of usable gold content • Integrated brightening additive produces a perfect gold colour

AGC Micro Vision Easy operation with the touch screen

A new dimension in electroforming The AGC Micro Vision system allows different working steps in one device. In addition to additive deposition and the residual gold precipitation, it is also possible to carry out friction gold plating in the AGC Micro Vision device. The processor-controlled device with the self-explanatory, menu-controlled touch screen is comfortable to work with. The procedure is monitored and the current processing status is indicated. Special magnetic contact rods make positioning easy and allow up to nine restorations to be processed simultaneously in one operation.

AGC Micro Vision units: The advantages at a glance • Self-explanatory, menu-controlled touch screen • Each of the 9 positions can be set individually • Re-usable magnetic contact rods • Friction gold plating and residual gold deposition possible in one device

Cementation and friction gold plating Esthetic cementation In the case of removable prosthetic restorations, the self-curing AGC Cem provides a long-term and well-proven bond between the electroformed framework and tertiary structure, even with a thin layer. The double-push syringe allows the units to be cemented on the model or directly in the mouth.

AGC Cem:  The advantages at a glance • A utomix system for automatic mixing and direct application. • H oney yellow colour provides a high degree of esthetics • Perfect flow properties even with a thin layer

New retention due to friction layer gold plating If the double crowns or bars should lose their retentive qualities during the wearing time it is possible to restore the desired fit by using the friction plating bath in the AGC Micro Vision device. This is possible in combination with the AGC Basic Liquid. You can decide the individual thickness of the layer to be applied. It is also possible to carry out the friction layer gold plating on double crowns made from a precious metal alloy.

AGC friction gold plating:  The advantages at a glance • S imple and easy handling • F riction gold plating of up to 6 units • L ayer thickness can be individually selected from 0.1 mm to 0.15 mm
