CONSULT IvoSmile1 is an innovative dental software application (app) that uses augmented reality to visualize the possibilities for esthetic treatment options directly on the patient. Team up with the attending dentist to get your patient interested in a dental smile makeover: Use virtual images to show them the possibilities for enhancing their smiles effectively and quickly. Explain complex treatment processes simply and help your patients gain a clearer picture of the treatment goal. Visualize the tooth shape and size, for example, and include personal preferences as early as in the mock-up fabrication phase. IvoSmile simplifies the communication between the laboratory technician, clinician and patient. Misunderstandings between you and your dentist are avoided, as projects can be divided among you and carried out in close cooperation. Pictures of the planned situation (silhouette mode) can be exported and sent via email. Moreover, they can be used for the 3D planning process in all current smile design programs.
The IvoSmile app is designed for Apple iPads2 and can be downloaded from the Apple App Store; a 30-day free trial period of the fully featured app is included in the download. Convenient software applications for enhanced productivity
DECIDE IPS e.max® is the number one all-ceramic material* in the world, as has been shown by the 120 million restorations which have been fashioned with this material. Therefore, we decided to build on this success and develop a comprehensive materials portfolio. Lithium disilicate, zirconium oxide, PMMA and metal – all these materials will blend seamlessly into your digital work routines: in fixed and in removable denture prosthetics. They come in the form of blocks and discs. Digital diversity The versatile zirconium oxide material IPS e.max ZirCAD allows you to manufacture fixed full contour crowns, bridges and frameworks. You can produce monolithic restorations and veneered restorations using the new IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime discs. The tooth-coloured SR Vivodent® CAD discs and the gingiva-coloured denture base material IvoBase® CAD enable you to fashion fully digital removable dentures. The ProArt CAD discs and ProArt Print materials assist you in converting conventional laboratory processes into completely digital ones.

It combines industrial manufacturing quality with high precision and modern design. The machine is operated from any location using wireless technology by means of an app for tablets and smartphones. If you would like to mill blocks and discs, you can choose between the PrograMill PM3, PM5 or PM7, depending on the size of your laboratory. With these machines you are well equipped to achieve fast, dynamic and robust results. PrograPrint is a 3D printing system that has been especially designed for dental applications. The PrograPrint PR5 3D printer features an innovative cartridge system, which enables easy and virtually contactless handling of the materials. The specially developed Homogenous Light Processing (HLP) Technology ensures uniform light intensity throughout the build platform and thus leads to high-precision printing results.
