NeuroPossible: Post-Secondary Transition

Parents of neurodiverse young adults need guidance when their child ages out of their high school program, particularly if the student is not college-ready. Is a residential transitional life skills program the next step? Or does the young adult need a therapeutic program? Perhaps the young adult is eager to work but will need an inclusive environment. With empathy as a parent of a neurodiverse child herself, and an educator specializing in neurodiverse students, Liz Sokolov can counsel you to find a program with the right level of support so your child can thrive and shape their own bright future.
