PLEASE POST Visiting Nurse – NMCRS Yuma Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) is seeking a part-time (20 hrs/wk) Visiting Nurse at our office in Yuma, AZ. No weekends, holiday, and shifts; no insurance reports to file; no OASIS forms. Just nursing the way it should be…one-to-one with patients – teaching health info/providing resource information and support to Navy and Marine Corps families, including mom/babies and retirees. Minimum Requirements: Current and active RN license from Arizona, current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of employment, valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, good driving record and reliable transportation. Experience in maternal/newborn desired; also prefer some med/surg. background; must be willing and able to do computerized documentation; teaching health information and providing resource information to Navy and Marine Corps families; able to perform nursing assessments and communicate effectively with patients/family members in a home setting; working knowledge of military life is desirable. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen. Preference in selecting candidates will be given to those with previous experience as a Volunteer or as an employee with NMCRS. Bachelor’s degree (BS preferred). Minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager. Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Demonstrated expertise with Project Management tools and methods including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project. An implementation-oriented mindset with the ability to push projects through to completion. Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT- POTFF PROGRAM (USSOCOM) DATA ANALYST Responsibilities: The data analyst contractor shall be proficient at entering, cleaning, and conducting basic data manipulation and analysis. Operating in consultation with POTFF program staff and the government’s POTFF biostatistician, the contractor data analyst will build and disseminate databases and spreadsheets designed to record POTFF related programmatic data. The contractor shall provide consultation and assistance to supported units and POTFF staff to identify opportunities and methods for capturing data relating to POTFF programs and initiative. The contractor shall prepare reports and presentations that accurately convey data trends and associated analysis as required.

Qualifications. The contractor shall: -

Possess a bachelor’s degree in quantitative science, social science or related discipline.

Be proficient with the suite of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and Access

Have a basic proficiency with commonly used statistical software application (e.g. SPSS, SAS, R).

Possess excellent communication skills and shall be highly detail oriented and organized.
