We are looking for an experienced individual who will handle all of the incoming orders and provide customers with information regarding products. An Order Management Analyst will provide both internal and external customer service support, communicate order status and coordinate interdepartmentally. The right candidate will also serve as back up and support material and production planning processes – send out forecasts, follow up on back ordered material, coordinate and publish vehicle upfit schedule, coordinate off‐site vehicle builds, coordination with warranty, other duties as required. An ideal Order Management Analyst would have some experience in a supply chain environment and have experience using ERP software or Excel. This position is located at our Livonia, Michigan facility. Responsibilities: Support end‐to‐end customer orders process via telephone and email Work with Client Services to ensure order accuracy Check with material and production planners to make sure requested product is available Compute price and any appropriate discounts if applicable Handle product returns and customer complaints Verify customer information is correct and up‐to‐date Check customer account for credit and outstanding payments Inform customer of shipping date and any possible delays Notify appropriate internal department of order and shipping date Interface daily with Manufacturing Team Leaders and planners regarding orders, delivery date allocations, forecasts, returns Review orders for accuracy and completion and file copies of all orders received Prepare and present reports, charts, and tables where applicable Initiates and contributes to the business planning process.
