1. The “General Conditions of the Contract for Construction,” AIA Document A201 governs this work, unless noted otherwise (UNO); most stringent requirements prevail. 2. Investigate field conditions and ascertain that work is feasible as shown. Notify the Architect immediately of any problems with field conditions. 3. Examine specified products and submit written exception or objections, or both, with analysis and recommendations prior to submitting bid costs. 4. Submit horizontal bar chart with separate bar for each major trade or operation, identifying first day of each week; shown projected submittal dates for shop drawings, product data and samples, and product delivery dates, including those for Owner-furnished items. 5. Submit subcontractor contact list. 6. Install drywall work in accordance with the current version of the United States Gypsum-Gypsum Construction Handbook, most stringent requirements prevail. 7. Fabricate and install millwork pursuant to the American Woodwork Institute standards, Premium Grade, flush overlay construction with European style (invisible) self-closing, 170-degree opening, heavy duty hinges, and 100 pound rated full extension side mounted drawer slides, UNO 8. Review shop drawings, product data, samples, etc., review stamp and sign prior to submission, submit one large scale reproducible transparency and one print, clearly showing and identifying components and their assembly. Minimum sheet size: 12 x 24 inches; maximum sheet size: 30 x 42 inches. Allow space for the Architect's review stamp. 9. “Typical” means identical for all similar conditions, UNO. 10. “Similar” means comparable characteristics for the conditions noted; verify dimensions and orientations on plans and elevations. 11. “UNO” means unless noted otherwise. 12. “VIF” means verify in the field. 13. “VWA” means verify with the Architect. 14. “Align” means to accurately locate finished faces in the same plane.

Dimensions are not adjustable without written approval from the Architect. 5. Dimensions to the exterior perimeter window-wall are to the inside face of the finished wall,UNO. 6. Install switches 38” inches above finish floor slab, UNO; verify floor slab conditions; heights are determined from top of floor slab to centerline of cover plate, mounted vertically lengthwise, UNO; gang switched cover plates shall be one-piece type, quantity of switches as applicable. 3. Architectural drawing determines the location of luminaires and supersedes all others, UNO. 4.
