Your Gifts
Your gifts strengthen our mission to reflect Jesus the teacher, so we may form students in a loving and challenging environment where the individual gifts of every student are recognized, celebrated and developed as a reflection of Christ.
In Action Gifts continue to enhance IWA’s fine arts programs so that Angels enjoy a variety of opportunities to express themselves through art.
Angels understand that to whom much is given, much is expected and regularly engage in community service, providing more than 30,000 hours of community service each year.
The Mater Dei wireless computer lab houses 30 wireless 2-in-1 devices, charging stations, and serves as the STEM classroom for elementary students from 1st to 5th grade.
Angel safety is paramount and donors provided the funds needed to enhance security with new fencing to enclose the Middle and Elementary areas.
IWA provides a community where all may grow in Christian wholeness and bear witness to the presence and love of Christ among us. Angels attend weekly Mass and enjoy spiritual retreats throughout the year.
Gifts to athletics provide new equipment and enhancements across all sports as well as helping with team travel expenses. Over 70% of the student body participates in athletics.
EL students signed their names on the bricks during the Topping Out Ceremony for the new 14,000 square foot Montessori Building. The facility was named for lead donors, Catherine and Bob Hilliard and includes seven classrooms, admin offices, the Amor Meus Atrium, and Mater Dei wireless computer lab.
Honoring a Legend With gifts from many former players and friends, including his 1987 state championship basketball team, the basketball court in the Mother Patricia Gunning gymnasium was named in honor of longtime coach and ardent IWA supporter, Casper Wenzel. We invite you all to come by the school and catch a game on the Casper Wenzel Court.
You give them wings to soar!
100% of IWA Angels graduate and are accepted to colleges and universities. The 67 students in the IWA Class of 2018 were offered an amazing $10.8 million in college scholarships.
