This is the first time in school history for a stretch of five years with 20+ wins. Twice before have teams won 20+ in four straight years (1995-98 and 2003-06)…IWU has its seventh straight winning season after the 2006-07 team finished 11-14. Prior to that, IWU enjoyed 17 straight seasons with a record of .500 or better. The 2001-02 team was 12-12 and the last sub-.500 season was 1988-89 (12-14). TOURNEY TEAMS: Illinois Wesleyan had a 6-2 record against their five opponents who made the NCAA tournament (2-1 vs. Wheaton, 1-1 vs. Augustana, and 1-0 against Washington U., Wilmington and Hope).
