Ben Horowitz is considered an icon by many entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley. The Hard Thing About Hard Things is based on Horowitz’s popular blog and provides strategies for navigating building and running a Startup. In this book, Ben Horowitz shares his best advice on how to fire employees, confront competitors, and most importantly, how to cultivate a CEO mentality.
