Achievements Artist in Residence — 2016 JAR, Haines Junction, YT Worked on a collection of clothing using found and repurposed materials inspired by the unique Northern environment and community. Taught workshops, gave talks and put on a final exhibition including a presentation and runway show. IceBreaker Challenge: Seamstress — 2015 Icebreaker Merino, Toronto, ON Conceptualized design ideas with a team, cut and stitched a garment using knit merino wool in 2-hour time frame to be presented in a catwalk presentation Creativ Festival: Design Challenge Finalist — 2015 Project Creativ Catwalk, Toronto, ON Worked with a team to design and sew a full garment including dress, cape and all accessories with a limited budget and short time frame; integrated wool fabric with bulky hand knitting for the cape and hand made alpaca yarn pompoms as fringe on the dress.
